Investigadora del Laboratorio de Food Contact and Packaging de AIMPLAS.

Licenciatura en Ciencias Químicas.

Posee 16 años de experiencia en el sector plástico de los cuales 5 han sido desempeñando las funciones de Control de Calidad y los otros 11 años en Laboratorio, siendo los 3 últimos como responsable de Laboratorio.

Experiencia en productos para contacto con alimentos, homologación de piezas, análisis dimensionales, ensayos físico-mecánicos, caracterización de materiales, mejora de fórmulas, materiales plásticos reciclados… Entre sus funciones destacan: asesoría en Seguridad Alimentaria desde el punto de vista de los envases y materiales de plástico para contacto con alimentos, revisión de documentación (declaraciones de conformidad, fichas técnicas, normativa, legislación, etc.), definir los ensayos necesarios para verificar el cumplimiento de la Legislación, actividades formativas.

Metodología
